Well now you've done it. I'm going to have to go out to a bakery later this afternoon. I saw your first comment and I find it hard to believe that this did not taste good. Maybe you're just plained spoiled in Denmark. Maybe you're just too fussy! I'm firmly of the belief that if it says "Danish" on the pastry it's got to be excellent. And I'll hold to that belief no matter what. Maybe we could test it? You send me a bunch of Danish pastry. I'll try it and then let you know if it's "good" or "bad."
Sounds like a plan to me! :-)
